Doesn't TAKP go through PoP or just Luclin?

Point being, we'll never get a P99 server that goes through Luclin or PoP (although I'd love P99 through velious with AAs and PoP raids). Believe they may be contractually restricted on that anyway.

I don't see why not. I think P99 could actually do it right.

Because I think their contract actually says they won't go past Velious and that was one of the big critical points for the IP holder to allow them to operate.

Workaround: Go backwards in Norrath's timeline, so it predates classic, and release that as custom content.

That would be cool. And I believe Rogean/Nilbog have at some stage said custom content wouldn't violate the agreement, so maybe it's possible to do if they wanted to put in the large amount of time
