How to make an account to edit the wiki?

I offered (to both Rogean and Rahvin, the wiki administrator) to write a custom CAPTCHA, but they didn't take me up on that offer. Instead, Rahvin disabled all new wiki signups.

At this point, the assumption is that Rogean or Rahvin will someday write a custom CAPTCHA, so you could just wait for that day. However, Rahvin doesn't even play here anymore, so he's not exactly motivated to do so quickly.

My advice would be to PM either Rogean or Rahvin (or both) and ask them. If nothing else, it will remind them this needs to be addressed (either by them, or if they don't want to, hopefully it will motivate them to take my offer).
