Loading UI error XML files

If it's a "Your XML files are not compatible with current EverQuest files, ..." error, you can safely ignore it.

It's warning you of potential compatibility issues with the UI skin you picked, but as long as that skin still works, there's no (real) issue. Now, if you start crashing frequently or something, maybe switch skins, but otherwise you should be fine.

it silll not load any UI other than the ones that come with the install.

It just gives the error then goes back to default setting.
