Default deopped tink bag poofed

I dropped a tink bag, so my other char can pick up but it poofed. This was in a area thats secluded, nobody around. Can i get this back?

First, this isn't the right area to ask that.

Second, why would you drop a 5k item on the ground for xfer - seclusion isn't necessarily the best if a zone is empty, and there are NPCs in certain zones that will pick up items that are on the ground (and will not drop them when killed).

No wonder they have so many petitions to deal with.

Items dropped on the ground disappear after about 6 minutes and 30 seconds. If you plan to do a drop tranfer, you want both characters to be in the same location so you burn as little time as possible switching between them and picking up the item.

Personally I never drop transfer expensive items. Just ask for a transfer in tunnel. Nobody steals your items. They'll get punished for that. I've done quite a few drop transfers over the years, and it's always smaller value items I won't hate to lose.
