My guess is opening them yourself and ruining your faction "putting you on the naughty list" makes it so you stop getting them to drop. I got 4 presents in a few hours the first day opened them all getting faction hits; and now haven't gotten a drop in two full days. Could be wrong, maybe the rng. Please share if you've had a different outcome.

What is the best item someone got? I saw someone in OOC say that they got a matchless dragon bracer (the +12 wisdom one).

Same here. Haven’t seen a drop in a while. Also they seemed to drop more frequently in dungeons compared to open world. Could’ve just been luck though.

I think you can get about 7 - 10 gifts on one toon before it starts dropping off drastically. Just made a new character and got like 6 in the first 30 minute noob yard session.

I think it is just RNG honestly. I had grinding sessions with one. I had grinding sessions with a bunch.
