Google everquest titanium system requirements? Hard to find something as bad as even the recommended specs. Your streaming software probably has higher requirements.
I played for years with 256 onboard virtual vram but like Swish said; raiding is choppy. 1GB video card was enough to pack 300 players running around on my screen with max spell particles at 2k resolution. It was like $120 but used my cute-pon and got it for freezies

With that new fix for high end gear you probably can't go wrong with any rig that can stream at a quality that most people can stand to watch.
