If you are interested in getting a PE hammer or other stuff out of Veeshan’s peak later the rotten skeleton camp in Dreadlands is passable xp in the mid 50s. I think pained soul will technically get you some xp too. Those should give you about 30 hours of gameplay total, which may be up to half of 54.

Groupwise, try forming something to visit the hole or velk’s.
