No no, you misunderstand. My point is that they AREN'T playing on it, most of the time. If they were I wouldn't care!

How do you know they don’t have high end chars that they play all the time and are just playing a random alt so they can get some xp on it

Because the server population goes up about 30% every time there's bonus xp, then back down right after.
