You'll find a unique environment that still hasn't been captured in any other game to date. The world is full of mystery and there is a steep learning curve at first but you'll find interaction and collaboration right out of the gate. P99 has a great wiki page with tons of knowledge, I would recommend starting with the class page for whichever class interest you the most. It will give you some tips on how to create your character and a lot of information a long the way as well.
