Has anyone gotten a response from a GM from a petition on "A Glowing Rolled-Up Note" yet? There's no rough estimate on when they will respond listed any. Just curious. It's an item that lets you choose a piece of loot.

We'll be processing these in one batch at the end of the event (so, shortly after next Sunday). Go ahead and submit a petition on the forums if you received one of these items with the requested No Drop piece of current Inny loot.

Will it be limited to the newest Innoruuk loot list, or will it include the pre-vamp list as well? AND... is it limited to that character, that account, etc?

Medris already said it's the current loot table: No Drop piece of current Inny loot. (so no eye)

Being as this is a quest, I would assume only the character doing the quest would get the item, just like every other quest in the game.

How many candies did you turn in to get this note? Also, what level was the character?

I'm at roughly 30 candies, no note. This is across multiple toons of varying levels. Best loot so far is a 10 dose wort pot and a flawess diamond.
