So there is a utilites vendor in halas? I went there recently and did not find anyone that sold Shrink or gate potion ingrediantss...

Yes, Spirita, just outside the shaman guild, beside Dargon, the other herb merchant.

Havent checked to see if they are in FV yet.
Just happened to notice the 2nd (new) herb vendor and lo and behold!

Now my druid can be relieved of doggie in disguise herb mule duties.
