Correct me if i'm wrong, but outside of the ac bonus, the regen, the infravision, the cool FD animation, but don't iksars have worse hand to hand ratio's on their fists? At level 60:

Fists Damage/Delay (Human): 14/26
Fists Damage/Delay (Iksar): 14/27

In other words, negligible

Also, just for comparison here is the regen rates at 60:

Regen Rate (Human): 7 sitting, 5 FD, 4 standing
Regen Rate (Iksar): 18 sitting, 14 FD, 12 standing
