They borked PR and DR counters. Rumor is they are going to change them back at some point.
Basically same "threshold hate" is around 400-500 cap (stuns, ac debuff, slow etc) outside the warrior red blade which is higher. In theory a landed SoD proc is highest since you get the DD + the micro stun. A lot of people using frosties, sarnak hammers and the like. Prob ringed mace of the ykesha is good too. | ||
