It was changed to a proc for a reason, 350 DD on a bow is way too OP for classic. Its no different then when rogues were running around with a 15 damage off hand weapon from Blackburrow.
Everything is so strictly classic like, such as pet buffs no longer showing durations, why show mercy to an item like this, which can be game changing dps wise? Keeping class/race penaltys? Might as well keep this to a clickie and not a proc. | ||
