You can pull skellies solo with lull too.

Sure, if you wanna do something you don't need to, like use more mana, cast longer, med longer, then use lull. The so called "expert" didn't know skellies are non-aggro.

Can you imagine how innacurate Wikipedia is if a shitty little EQ wiki is full of shit?
