Bind wound wont go above 100

Bind Wound is capped at 100 for Warriors until they reach level 51.

Warrior kick is also capped at 149 until 50.

If thats true its dumb. I"m grouped with a 45 shaman whose bind wound is over 100.

As a currently 36 SK, my BW is capped at 100 as well. I wouldn't be surprised if it starting scaling again after 50 though.
