this shit started in like year 1900 too, and went on for decades before anyone decided to do anything about it. Imperial Japan was rarely interested in trading for resources, they just sent troops to go take them and destroy anything in their path.

this part of the world was basically unknown to any average westerner and never got any reports. and that the Nazi's targetted the Jews, and the Jews owned all the media, obviously they would receive vastly weighted coverage.
