Give it a shot, Ty. If you don’t mind alts of other guilds, I will advertise for your roleplaying/environment guild in my guild’s announcements channel.
Things I recommend: • ban discussion of real-life politics and contentious social issues. Allowing such discussion is an easy way to tear your guild into approximately two pieces. • a zero-tolerance policy for real-life slurs and racism. Norrathian racism is OK (blueberry, peck, softskins); references to real-life stereotypes are not OK. Green server has seen it before. • make a Discord server (or if you’re an old fogey, have some tech-savvy millenial make you a Discord server and make you an administrator) for people to socialize out-of-game. Discord is how guilds are run these days. Green server or Blue?
