They dont even say what the evidence is, nor do they give any besides the hearsay below.

Chansley was among the first rioters to force their way into the building through a door other rioters had broken.

This does not rebuke tuckers claims at all, it has nothign to do with them infact. And if anything it says he just walked through an open door others broke open. So if anything it almost implies tucker is telling the truth.

Officers repeatedly asked Chansley to leave the building.

Yeah, it seemed pretty clear that there were a ton of officers that didnt want them in the building lol that doesn't change anything. Nobody said 100% of the officers are in on it.

The Capitol Police chief called Carlson’s claim "outrageous and false," and said officers used de-escalation tactics to try to talk rioters into getting each other to leave the Capitol.
