While we’re at it, can’t a crazy homeless person with 44 prior arrests including punching a 67yr old woman in the face scream threats at people on a subway these days without getting choked to death?

Maybe if the city didn’t push these crazies onto the public and hamstring police’s ability to keep the public safe, the public wouldn’t have to try to take things into their own hands

That dude WILL probably get a negligent homicide charge for not understanding the risks of holding a choke for 15 minutes, which is whatever, maybe fair enough. Still fucked of the city to put the public in that position through their apathy towards rampant homeless drug use and psychosis

It is sadly hilarious that the commonly accepted “best practice” to deal with a crazy, drug addled, career criminal screaming threats in your face in public is to put in headphones, don’t make eye contact, and sit there like a little bitch hoping that the first punch, kick, or stab to your unsuspecting body doesn’t render you incapable of fleeing

Your chances of this, of course, go down with age and sex. Fuckin sad country

If someone invades my space or aggressively makes eye contact with me or yells at me it's gg. I learned long ago to not fuck around and find out. Hell I can't even handle passive aggressive behavior.

No one should ever feel helpless or forced to accept this abusive bullshit.

It’s also sad that myself who might get jumped by a crazy homeless drug addict, has to keep in the back of my mind as I fight for my fucking life, that this person probably has one foot in the grave due to the drugs in their system and the horrible way they have treated their body for the past 10-30 years

So it would be quite easy to accidentally kill them. And where best case scenario is I win the fight and only come out of it with their shit, piss, and body odor all over me and hopefully not their AIDS or Hep C as well

He does like to threaten to shoot people, but he's a guy you could have a beer with.
