I sort of agree

It’s more like class + situation

If you have a stupid person who inherits a lot of wealth (but probably less than your Saudi prince example), but doesn’t have other family or whoever to keep them in line, they are probably going to blow that money on stupid shit and end up broke

But a rich dumb person can be somewhat insulated from their own bad decisions by a solid support system
