10k US dollars yeah.

I saw Gold went up alot today.

I don't know why I said i was scared, i have no money in the stock market haha. I feel bad for people loosing alot of money today. Thank god I don't have any money in it right now.

You don't "lose" unless you sell lower than you buy. The value of people's equity investments went down. If you were looking to pull money out for whatever reason (education, retirement) you can't help but lose.

Sad thing is the stock market hasn't really had any gains in years because its all getting wiped out, and this is after TARP, QE1, and QE2. Trillions and trillions of dollars in debt spent and absolutely nothing to show for it. Its all completely gone, kaput, vanished (except the big IOU we wrote to the Chinese).
