When should green reset?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the original the idea to reset the server every 2 years and put the existing Green characters onto Blue? Was this plan changed since then?

Yes, its been in plain text there by Rogean since 2019 since before the server launched still there readable today, with one small addition a year later that there's always the possibility that plan can change to something else, but that's it.

They never promised every 2 years, they just said no sooner than than January 2023:

Honestly they could start green 2.0 and leave 1.0 running concurrently and then merge it once people realise it's a ghost town

That's how it should be done. The lords of loot don't want their monopolies on cool loot challenged by mergers. They will oppose it until the active player count drops.
