The wiki has most of the maps you'll ever need. But if you can't find the one you want, http://www.eqmacwiki.com/eqatlas/atlas.html has all of them. They're the classic maps that I used to use back in the day. Real life savers [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Only other thing is don't get discouraged if the area around Halas seems under-populated...because it just is. Most of the lower levels stick to the Freeport side of things. I was able to group just fine in Blackburrow back in the day, you'll just have to be a little pro-active in finding a tank! Have fun and good luck!
