You can - if you know what will and won't be outdated. Some of the info is good if the zones haven't been revamped. I use Alla for mobs and quests, and http://www.thesilversandbox.net/p1999/main.php for spells/tradeskills. If something is wrong on Alla I usually just google <whatever I want> classic everquest.
