Default what guild tag do i need to have to get customer service?
I petitioned per all the instructions i saw, have politely bumped my petition 7 times in past week, it has fews so I know staff sees/has looked at it. Yet no response or resolution...is there something I am missing here? I gave them my phone number my first and last name. Please advise

Try using racial slurs towards the GMS when making petitions that always speeds up the response time.
