Selling any item that can normally be stacked, will "act" like they sell, but then it willl lock out your UI/mouse from being able to do anything. You will also not receive the cash from trying to sell stackable items. Normal items, like weapons and armor sell normally.
I've had this bug happen, and had to relog to clear it.

And to add more detail to it. Any of the "stackable" items are selling properly for me, but they don't leave the inventory (the icon is left behind, but it's not actually there). And if you try to sell this "ghost" a 2nd time, THEN it does what Gorgetrapper says above... freezes your mouse up until you log or zone. If you're in a building, then you have to log because you can't click the door to open it.

So what I've done is just remember which of those stackable items I've sold the first time, and then make sure not to click on them again - and everything is fine. But the "ghosts" of those items stay in your inventory until you zone or log.

To add even more to this, the mouse does eventually unlock but it takes a good 3 minutes at least before things go back to normal. You just keep getting a message that you cannot perform this action at this time (paraphrase).

I didn't get that. As I posted elsewhere, I just got "oops, you seem to have misplaced that item" in red text in my combat window.

It's when you try to cast a spell or what ever else outside of merchant inventory window. For a while I thought it was server lag till I realized that I could still speak in guild chat.

I guess what I'm saying is I didn't have any trouble clicking on things. Trying multiple times to sell the same item since I never got a "you received " message when the item sold, or choosing new items to try to sell. I dont know if I tried talking or casting afterwards, but otherwise clicking in the inventory was fine. Including dropping items on the ground.

By default, the "u" key I believe.. memory is fuzzy.. is the use key, which when used in front of a door will open it just as if you mouse clicked it. Just FYI. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
