Playing video games generally involves being sedentary. Even if it stimulates your brain development, your brain is useless if you die from a pulmonary embolism from a 16 hr minecraft sesh or whatever.

Therefor, my thesis is that only video games that involve physical movement are actually good for your brain. This includes titles such as: World class track meet for the NES powerpad and that's pretty much it.

You should try the VR beatsaber fitness challenge songs on medium difficulty. Those kick my ass, even if my brain could keep up which it can’t (yet, lack of practice)

Edit: everyone cheated and used their hands on power pad and you know it

Gamifying exercise is a great way to get idiots to do it.

Don't do it to other stuff though that sucks.
