I don't remember, but apparently it was either passed or at least revised in 2019. Code 21-2-502 or some shit. I am not a lawyer.

I did notice last time I looked at the numbers that the Libertarian absorbed more votes than the difference between Warnock and Walker... so... assuming most of the right wing libertarian votes go to Walker... hopefully a lot of those votes were just people fed up with both parties.

I don't even know if you can vote in the runoff without voting in the general here, but I did, so I will!
