Blue vs. Green restarting player advice

Green has around 300-400 more people online during peak.

I am on the same fence, I missed the green launch because of work. On blue I have multiple high levels and just geared out a wizard for AFK leveling about three months before green dropped.

Finally have time to get back into the game now and its rough to consider starting over, when there is already a top heavy, albeit more visible player base with more chances to level and group

or go back to blue and enjoy the stagnation.

My big issue is no one knows the green timeline.

1. Is it going to dump back into blue? When?

If its going to be 2-3 years before the dump, I would just play on blue again.
