Bind wound is LEVEL capped anyways. See if it goes up 5 more points when you level up

I know that it's level capped. What I'm saying is: It hasn't gone up in almost 10 levels. My cap right now SHOULD be 160, because I'm level 31. My bind wound hasnt moved from 104 since I was level 21.
