Alright, so there are a few red flags here:
1) You went AFK for a long time with another player's items on you without warning them. 2) You don't remember his name, but you were close enough that he lent you the item and I assume he spammed you with tells while you were AFK. 3) He was online long enough to petition about you but he wasn't online when you got back?
