Can a Paladin start out as Non-KOS to Venril Sathir faction

Humans can be karana or E Marr too, but surely live is the antithesis of hate?

I don’t think the only problem is deity though. I imagine class is a huge negative modifier when it comes to paladin in over there.

Best bet is a ‘neutral’ race like erud or human and a more esoteric deity choice like ocean lord or lord of storms.
