Not sure about smoking, but one common myth is that PED’s like test shrink your dick. This is completely untrue

It IS true that exogenous testosterone will shrink your balls. I’ve heard a lot of debate as to how quickly this happens. Some people claim it can happen within a few months, others over years. The reason is that once your natural production stops, your balls start to atrophy away. Like any other atrophy, unfortunately this is permanent from what I’ve heard. I also heard rumors it can be fairly painful

There are ways to prevent it completely but won’t bother to get into them here
