Can’t watch atm because about to do a hike, but women’s experiences on dating sites might be more similar to men’s than they think, although the argument can be made that they have a greater ability to be more selective (not sure if I support that argument though, would need to see more research)

This convo just happened between myself and a co-worker who likes me that I had to friendzone. She’s not bad looking any any stretch, I had heard though that she became very clingy to another co-worker she got with and wanted to avoid the drama of becoming romantic

Anyway, goes to show that we have similar experiences, and more people recognize the downsides of online dating than people think

In fact, speaking negatively about online dating in an online dating profile body is one of the few things I personally think you can be negative about and not have it hurt your chances by making you look moody and high maintenance. This is because the issues with online dating are very relatable even to people on the sites. So pointing some of the issues out actually makes you seem more relatable. A lot of people on online dating sites see them as sort of a necessary evil
