Shouldnt we be doing something about all that stuff.
Yes.

Environmentalism without class struggle is just gardening, as some cool person said.

Exploitation of workers and nature go hand-in-hand. Marx knew this nearly two centuries ago..

Conflating efficacy and utility would imply that is it both effective and utilitarian. Since you are combining the two [QUOTE]
LOL I've never seen someone use it in the " Confuse " sense. I had to find an example of that.

Quote:
“Conflate” comes from the Latin conflare, “to blow together, stir up, raise, accomplish; also to melt together, melt down (metals),” The Oxford English Dictionary says.
Quote:
Merriam-Webster ;That dictionary’s definition of “conflate” is “to bring together” (as in “fuse”) and “confuse,” or “to combine (as two readings of a text) into a composite whole.”

I can only really find one example of it being used in that sense. ya dingus.

What if it's just a 0% effective saline shot that makes most people think they don't need to go to hospital?

Then it would be extremely effective and utilitarian depending on the goal. A straight panacea with nearly all profit margin. 100% saline and 2-5% per batch with extreme heavy metal contamination leading to side effects to stir the masses and create the schism.

Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion shines a light on Covid-19 vaccine injuries and bereavements, but also to takes an encompassing look at the systemic failings that appear to have enabled them. We look at leading analysis of pharmaceutical trials, the role of the MHRA in regulating these products, the role of the SAGE behavioural scientists in influencing policy and the role of the media and Big Tech companies in supressing free and open debate on the subject.
