If sketti models hold, looks like Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning gonna be the worst of it. Likelihood of being without power for a day or so is pretty high.

I've got a freezer full of ice. Just gonna prep cook a bunch Tuesday night and if/when power goes out I'll load up a cooler full of leftovers, load the ice, and be good for a couple/few days til the roads clear.

Got 20 gallons of water for toilet flushing and taint/pits/face scrubbing. Plenty of agua for drink too.

Candles, headlamp, flashlight, plenty of batteries, and a brand new book from the library.

Good to go.

I haven't bought food/water yet. Doing that after work today.

Hopefully the spurgs didn't buy everything off the shelves.

It could shift north of Sarasota. My parents live down there and they have underground power. Could take the laptop over there to keep the pixels rolling in.

My number one worry is: Can I still play EQ? What's the hurricane version of poop socking?
