I know, it certainly doesn't compare with trying to get in a car and drive off while drunk, with cops around, like you did. But I try, I still don't have any DUIs yet so i have some catching up to do with you.

dui != behind the wheel. also he is under 21, so even .001 BAC is over the limit. don't act like you know how much he had been drinking.

i suggest to anybody who has made up their mind to break the law on a regular basis to at least know your rights and educate yourselves on our legal system, because it's fucked up and confusing.

not true, in a ton of states for under-21s the limit is .02 to allow for nyquil, etc
