Yeah, but that one doesn't have any stats and this seems like maybe it is a bug, given that all the other small races including other elves can wear it. Basically, Dark Elves who follow Rallos Zek cannot wear any deity specific armor.

Has plenty of stats. Only difference between enchanted version / imbued (deity) is the wisdom, which you don't need anyway.
