If you are on blue definitely go for the Hand Wraps + Ebon Mace. That will give your SK a good DPS boost. Then save for the Regen Chest.

If you are on green that is going to be more expensive, so buy the Hand Wraps first and then maybe go straight for the Regen Chest. Prices are much higher on the good SK weapons it looks like. Maybe Mace of the Shadowed Soul. The ratio is basically the same as your 2h, but a 1h weapon with Hand Wraps and Shaman haste will probably be better than a 2h at your level range.
