Shit from the population, true, the total % that would move to R99 and stay would prolly be 10-20% at most.
Shitbags you dont want = most of the better players in the top 2 guilds would definitely move to R99 temporarily, and seeing how alot of them CAME from PvP servers, they would prolly stay. But you dont want them cause they currently hold the top spawns on your PvE server down, so losing them = you get spawns. Maybe.
You might lost 50players, but they would be the best 50 on P99~
