I am now. Dunno for how long. Electric was out for awhile due to storms in the area and it still looks shaky--flickering now and then (ie, normal summer storm stuff). What can I do for you?

Might be for all we know. Wouldn't be surprised if they've developed some sort of partially automated reporting system. It'd make sense at the back end since they seem to be perpetually short on volunteer help.
