I agree with you but what if instead of something so mortal, two immortal interdimensional beings have a discussion about whether a universe with entropy would work or not.
One says the people in it will feel emotion and that will invent JOY! The other says they will feel only
pain.
Then they make a bet to see which one can collect the most souls that agree with them.
