Zone with charmable undead I'd say necro strongest. With two of them that should be plenty of CC, 2 pets to murder stuff, both can flop, both can tap, namnamnam.

I haven't played a chanter much at all, but I suspect chanter would be great is in zones where not much charmable undead - whenever I try to play my baby chanter tho I miss the heals/taps of my necro an awful lot.
