the coca leaf isn't a drug, it's sacred

The way the Incas use coca leaves is more like coffee in its effect. They chew the leaf with an alkalyn to get a mild stamina boost. Its still a drug, so is chocolate. You don't see them snorting cocaine or freebasing rocks (maybe in the city, or a rare person, but the average Jose would just chew)

I will point out that the effects of coffee and coca leaves are both more like cocaine than are those of weed. Weed, coca, cocaine are all "drugs" here. Coffee isn't. What's up with that?

the effects of coffee is because of the caffeine, and caffeine is a drug so i'm not too sure what you're saying.

When I was talking about drugs above, I was referring to illegal substances (hence the use of " "). For those purposes neither alcohol nor coffee is a "drug", yet coca leaves / weed / cocaine are.
