Why should someone point out that you're being whiney and demanding on a server that only exists because some people decided to spend their free time making it for you. And they do what they can to maintain it, but it doesn't pay them anything and they have real life responsibilities just like you and I (or maybe you don't have many real life responsibilities and that's why you think it's okay to get mad at unpaid volunteer staff).
