That sounds painful for both me and the baby! But if I somehow had a living baby implanted inside me and dependent on me for life, then yeah the government might have a say, since it has rights too.
But if I had a tiny cluster of cells that could one day become a baby ... but at the moment a gnat is closer to a baby than it? Hell no, because as the only human, I'm the only one with rights in the equation.
