Similarly, if we prosecute gulls for murdering ex ovum turtles, we are required by the principles of non-hypocrisy to prosecute Republicans for killing ex vivo humans in school shootings.

Precedent already set for slippery slope, I mean look at Roe V. Wade.. something put in for a rape victim (who lied about rape) but was later turned into murder for simple convenience. It's not a stretch that the same thing is being done again with this.
