ok so this is a debate about what a life with rights is.

Your argument is what?

Mine is that once you there is conception, a baby will come out of the woman UNLESS you a. destroy it, or b. a tragic accident happens and it is destroyed.

so if destroying is =/= to killing then it should be alright to destroy a person.

OR you are saying destroying = killing, and that the fetus is different than mankind... however, without killing it, there is no other final result except: mankind.

It is not a "clump of cells" anymore than you are, the difference is that you can walk and talk... and if we're using that to define "person" then abortion should be OK until age like 5.

If we're saying you cant kill it if it looks like a person, than it should be illegal to destroy a doll.

What, science, can you argue that it is NOT person at conception?
