i have a RFS and MCT on my 53 monk but haven't been able to get long enough parse data yet to get accurate dps ratings, also don't have an oh besides my fists to parse MCT with.

Would need to be parsed with Max haste and Max damage bonus (Level 58-60) to see the largest benefit. Offhand doesn't really matter but Adamantite Club (15/25), Stave of Shielding (17/28), or Knuckle Dusters (14/28) would be best.
